About Alastair:
Alastair Humphreys is an adventurer, blogger, author, speaker, and film maker as well as a Dad.
Alastair tells stories to encourage people to live more adventurously every day, to engage with and care for the natural world, and to take action –begin!– with curiosity and enthusiasm.
Alastair is a National Geographic Adventurer of the Year and has written 15 books. Alastair’s books, podcasts, talks, films, blogs and social media content provide information and inspiration about why and how you can live more adventurously. In his latest book "Local" Alastair shares what he has learnt about some big issues from a year exploring a small map.
